Wahoo <<wahoo>> is an lgbt+ friendly Free Company on Famfrit in the Primal Data Center that just likes to relax and have a good time as we set out to have light-hearted and uplifting atmosphere through an active discord and a variety of fc and rp events
Our house is located in the Lavender Beds at Ward 6, plot 6. We formally welcome you to visit and/or join us!

About

Hello! We are a small, mostly lgbtqa group with a mix of casual to mid-core folks, focused on creating a family-like vibe. We like helping new players grow! Even when in game it's quiet, there are usually people around in the discord shitposting or talking about whatever (and there to help), and we do our best to lift eachother up when we're down. We try to hold events every so often, and welcome fc memebers and friends of the fc alike.

Lots of us, though not all, enjoy talking about our ffxiv ocs and interacting, both having a dedicated server for rp and a venue for rp as well. Eventually our estate would ideally be set up to have a guild hall vibe--as it stands, we try to have as many house benefits available as possible!

The company chest
The first 2 tabs of the company chest are free for people to use--just don't clean us out for profit. If you need something from a tab you can't get to, ask @Officers for assistance. Please note that any minions or mounts in tab four or five are probably event prizes.

The Free Company House
Our free company estate contains a number of useful appliances such as chocobo stables, summoning bell/mender/aesthatician bell, as well as a complete set of crafting stations, which give a CP boost up to 10 levels below the cap. We try to keep all possible helpful things an estate can offer available to you.

Photo Studio
Room #2 of the company estate contains a small collection of photo screens useful for taking reference or simple gposes. You must, however, supply your own lighting in the /gpose menu, as lights are off for better temperature and directional control.

And our officers will assist you with:

•Specific company actions, such as a crafting or gathering buff. We keep two up on a sechedule, but we’re more than happy to purchase and activate buffs that our members need. Tier 3 buffs require the workshop to be crafted, so we save those for special occasions.

• Materials from a tab in the free company chest you can’t access. They’re stocked for members’ use, be it a minion, an accessory, or a crafting material (unless it's for a giveaway ;] )

•An item from the airships, submersibles, or something only crafted via the company workshop.

• An FC room! We’ll pay for one for you, but keep in mind you need to be level 50 and a Second Lieutenant in your Grand Company.

• To hold or suggest an event! We don’t mind if you want to, but only our officers have access to the events channel in our discord, so we’ll help you out.

Our leaders and moderators are here to keep things in order and assist when things go wrong. That said, if one of us comes to you about your behavior, please address it. <3 We mean well. We hope you do, too. We will listen if you think this is unfair, but still ask that you hear us out as well.

1) Basic decency is required to be here. No anti-lgbta, sexism, racism, etc. Don't yell at people over wipes, don't stalk or harass each other, etc. Respect your fellow members, and be kind to each other. If someone tells you you're bothering them, please respect that.

2) To that end, how we conduct ourselves in game outside of the Free Company reflects on the Free Company, so please carry yourselves in such a way as to not give us a bad reputation.

3) Please keep NSFW content to the nsfw channel. Some members may be underage, and even if they aren’t, not everybody is comfortable with those topics. Access to the nsfw channel can be obtained in the role-assign channel or from a moderator. Do not lie about your age to gain access. Do not post any images of underage individuals, or of individuals that can be mistaken as underage. This includes Lalafells.

4) If you have a problem with a fellow member of Wahoo, please try to talk it out with them. If you can't talk it out with them, or can't bring yourself to, please talk to one of our Officers! We’re here to help keep a safe, friendly environment for everyone. We don’t want things to fester until it affects the FC.

5) The FC server voice channels are open to everyone. There’s no requirement to speak verbally, and you’re free to simply hang out! All we ask is you use the most fitting channel, and be mindful of your volume/of being disruptive.

6) Be careful of spoilers! We have specific channels for plot discussions, divided into early game (pre-shadowbringers) and late game (post-shadowbringers). For current expac plot, please use the spoiler function (two || on either side of the message for text, or use the spoiler option when uploading an image on pc) and label it properly. Enter such channels at your own risk!!
